Small Group training offers the perfect balance between personal coaching and group motivation! You will get the benefits of expert guidance, without the cost of one-one-one training- plus the energy of a team pushing you to be your best.

9.30am Small group training 

These classes are run indoors in the colder months at my home studio in Titirangi and outdoors in my back year during the warmer months.  Come and join a supportive and local environment to work towards your health and fitness goals.  All levels of fitness are welcome.  Each week is a different focus to keep the sessions challenging and fun!  Whats included:

  • Fitness testing the first and last week

  • Goal setting

  • Measurements first and last week 

  • Once a week/twice a week or 3 x weekly 

  • The option to change sessions week to week depending on your availability 

  • 45min sessions including boxing, weights, body weight exercise, HIIT and much more

  • All equipment provided

Prices

$18 per session if interested in weekly sessions only
