These classes are run indoors in the colder months at my home studio in Titirangi and outdoors in my back year during the warmer months. Come and join a supportive and local environment to work towards your health and fitness goals. All levels of fitness are welcome. Each week is a different focus to keep the sessions challenging and fun! Whats included:
